Duke was a 5 year old Yorkie mix who was blind and diabetic. We Misfits had a foster set and was waiting for Duke to be transported to us. Unfortunately, Duke did not receive the insulin he required while in shelter. Duke’s death was tragic and didn’t need to happen. Duke, run free little man. We never met but you are loved. We will see you in time.
